Q7: In what file format should I send you the product drawings or designs?

A7: We would love to see your designs! You can send us your product drawings in JPG, PNG, AI, EPS, PDF, or PSD formats. Each format has a different purpose: JPG and PNG are great for images, AI and EPS are great for vector graphics, PDF keeps layout integrity, and PSD allows for layered editing.
Using the right file format ensures your design is accurately rendered and helps us produce your products more efficiently.

Q8: How long does it take to deliver the sample?

A8: Once we confirm the details with you, we will start making the sample immediately. Our general delivery time is 3–7 days, depending on the complexity of the design. We will update you throughout the process so that you know exactly when you can expect to receive the sample.
